Hosting a Country Club Lunch

A Country Club Lunch is a hosted conversation you bring to life. You identify a challenge that matters to you and the people you want around the table. We curate outside experts who have deep experience with that challenge and design a ninety minute lunch where meaningful conversations happen naturally.

You host when you want sharper perspective around a real challenge. Hosting gives you a way to bring outside expertise into the conversations you care about, expose your guests to how others think, and create shared clarity without formal meetings or programs.

Three things make it different. First, outside experts join the table. These are people you would normally see speaking at conferences or leading work in the field. Second, the conversation is intentionally designed. Before the lunch, participants share what they want to explore. Seating is arranged so the right conversations happen naturally. Third, the experience goes beyond the meal. Participants prepare beforehand and reflect afterward on what became clearer.

First, you apply to host and share why the conversation matters. Second, we curate experts aligned with your challenge. Third, you invite your guests. Fourth, participants share questions and preferences. Fifth, we design the seating and prepare the experience. Sixth, the lunch happens with three conversation rotations. Seventh, participants receive a summary of insights and connections.

You invite the people you believe belong in the conversation. This often includes people you already work with across functions or levels, and occasionally people outside your immediate circle. The table is shaped by your judgment.

Most lunches include ten to thirty five guests, with up to four outside experts joining the table.

That is entirely up to you. Some hosts run a single lunch around a specific challenge. Others host lunches regularly as new questions come up. You decide when it makes sense to host.
